概述

FM 355-2 提供兩種型號(hào)：

FM 355-2 C：
作為連續(xù)控制器，具有 4 點(diǎn)模擬量輸出，可控制模擬量執(zhí)行器
FM 355-2 S：
作為步進(jìn)或脈沖控制器，具有 8 點(diǎn)數(shù)字量輸出，可控制電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)（集成）執(zhí)行器或數(shù)字控制執(zhí)行器（如電加熱板或箱）。

FM 355-2 能用于 SIMATIC S7-300 與 S7-300/-400 作為 DP 主站的 ET 200M。

功能

FM 355-2 具有 4 個(gè)互相斷開的閉環(huán)控制通道。這些控制器具有以下特點(diǎn)：

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)控制結(jié)構(gòu)（取決于所選控制結(jié)構(gòu)，在單一結(jié)構(gòu)中可互連各種不同的控制：
- 固定設(shè)定點(diǎn)控制，
- 級(jí)聯(lián)控制，
- 比例控制，
- 3 組分控制。
模式選擇：
自動(dòng)模式，手動(dòng)模式，安全模式，跟隨模式和后備模式。
抽樣間隔：
100 ms 至 500 ms（根據(jù)使能的模擬量輸入）
PID 算法
集成的聯(lián)機(jī)自動(dòng)優(yōu)化功能：
自動(dòng)優(yōu)化功能存儲(chǔ)在模塊上，可不使用組態(tài)工具而通過操作員面板來執(zhí)行。新的優(yōu)化算法還能從一個(gè)幾乎固定的狀態(tài)啟動(dòng)（溫度漸漸接近固定狀態(tài)）。不必等到加熱過程被冷卻到環(huán)境溫度。一旦達(dá)到階躍響應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)就可獲取 PID 參數(shù)。這樣就能迅速達(dá)到操作點(diǎn)。
將 P 成分無級(jí)分配到參考分支和反饋分支上：
無級(jí)分配可在發(fā)生設(shè)定點(diǎn)逐步變化時(shí)精確地成比例降低 P 成分的影響。
可調(diào)控制區(qū)：
控制器具有一個(gè)可調(diào)控制區(qū)。如果實(shí)際值位于控制區(qū)內(nèi)，控制器將工作于閉環(huán)控制模式。為了保證操作點(diǎn)的迅速到達(dá)，當(dāng)實(shí)際值位于閉環(huán)控制區(qū)之外時(shí)，自動(dòng)切換到使用zui大加熱或/冷卻設(shè)置的開環(huán)控制。
后備模式：
萬一 CPU 發(fā)生故障或 CPU 停止，控制器能連續(xù)獨(dú)立地運(yùn)行。 “后備模式”功能用于設(shè)置一個(gè)可參數(shù)化的安全設(shè)定點(diǎn)或可參數(shù)化的安全控制變量。
擾動(dòng)變量輸入：
模擬量輸入除可用于采集實(shí)際值外，還可根據(jù)需要被用于前饋補(bǔ)償。
溫度補(bǔ)償：
在使用熱電偶時(shí)，可通過以下方法來進(jìn)行溫度補(bǔ)償：
- 集成溫度傳感器
- 外部 Pt 100
- 參數(shù)化比較溫度

參數(shù)化

隨 FM 355-2 提供了一個(gè)組態(tài)軟件包，其中包含進(jìn)行參數(shù)初始化和調(diào)試所需的所有參數(shù)屏幕。
