XS12J2Y測速齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)引起的磁隙變化,在探頭線圈中產(chǎn)生感生電動(dòng)勢,其幅度與轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān),轉(zhuǎn)速越高輸出電壓越高,輸出頻率與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比,轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)一步增高,磁路損耗增大,輸出電勢已趨飽和,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速過高時(shí),磁路損耗加劇,電勢銳減。

信號(hào)幅值大小,與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比,與端面和齒頂間隙的大小成反比。
輸出電壓波形:漸開線齒輪一近似正弦波,若齒輪略有偏心則為調(diào)幅正弦波;
孔板一近似方波
