第一部分：設(shè)備基本技術(shù)參數(shù)

Part one: The basic technical parameter

卷機用于將造紙機上初步卷成的紙卷進行縱卷，復(fù)卷成寬度緊度符合要求的成品紙卷。

本機分有軸和無軸兩種，是造紙完成設(shè)備之一，可將卷紙機上初卷成的原紙卷按需要的寬度進行縱切并卷成卷纏緊實的卷筒以滿足印刷用紙張再加工的需要。

該機可分三點式傳動和單點式傳動。

三點傳動，在前底輥和后底輥各由一臺直流電機拖動，可以正向低速引紙，兩底輥轉(zhuǎn)速差隨復(fù)卷直徑自動變化，起動開車速度可以預(yù)先設(shè)定，停車時有電氣，抱閘兩級制動，退紙裝置由一臺直流電機拖動，可正、反低速引紙，能建立靜止?jié)q力，復(fù)卷時自動提供恒漲力，停車時有電氣，抱閘兩級制動，經(jīng)三點式復(fù)卷的紙張更進一步提高了紙的緊度和質(zhì)量要求，深受廣大用戶歡迎。

This machine includes two type: 

with or without shaft. It belongs to the paper making complete equipment.
