斯派莎克BRV73直接作用式減壓閥簡(jiǎn)介

   BRV71和BRV73為球墨鑄鐵材質(zhì)的直接作用式減壓閥，前者為螺紋連接，或者為法蘭連接。主要用于蒸汽系統(tǒng)。結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單，表面高質(zhì)量的無(wú)電極涂鎳處理。與BRVZ系列減壓閥相比，BRV71和BRV73內(nèi)有壓力平衡波紋管，可以平衡主閥頭上的壓差。主閥為平面密封，具有自清洗功能。

工作原理

   1、開始時(shí)，回復(fù)彈簧將閥關(guān)閉，蒸汽壓在閥芯表面及波紋管表面（兩者面積相等）施于相等的壓力。

   2、如在此時(shí)以順時(shí)針的方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)壓手柄，控制彈簧會(huì)因受壓而向下迫使閥桿將閥芯推離閥座使蒸汽流通進(jìn)入下流側(cè)。

   3、下游壓力會(huì)經(jīng)閥芯下的感應(yīng)孔進(jìn)入感應(yīng)室迫使控制波紋管向上延伸。同事也向下面的壓力平衡波紋管施壓消除閥芯背面的下游壓力的影響。

   4、當(dāng)施加在控制波紋管的下游壓力大于彈簧的控制力量時(shí)，推動(dòng)主閥桿及閥芯向上移動(dòng)使閥關(guān)閉，在正常情況下，閥會(huì)維持在一定的高度，依不同的壓力變化和負(fù)載條件做小幅度調(diào)整
