儀器用以評定軸承內外圈滾道表面粗糙度。儀器也可測量平面、斜面、球面、外圓柱面、內孔表面、深槽表面，圓弧面及微小零件的粗糙度，所以在機械、模具等行業(yè)中廣泛使用。
儀器通過精密的機械定位裝置，不同規(guī)格的軸承可以在幾分鐘內便能調到準確的位置進行測量。儀器采用不帶導頭的電感型傳感器，保證能精確地在軸承滾道內自動測量，測量軟件能動態(tài)顯示軸承滾道形狀，可選擇不同位置測定粗糙度參數(shù)，并可顯示輪廓、tp曲線等；儀器還可以通過打印機打印出所有的參數(shù)和曲線。

jb-2c roughometer, is specially used to evaluate surface roughness of internal and external roll paths of bearings .it can also be used to measure the roughness of parts in forms of plane, sphere and of small size.
a skidless inductive transducer is adopted, that automatically and precisely performs scan and measurement on the roll path of bearing .
it is equipped with a computer and a special-purpose software. the roll-path profile of bearing is dynamically displayed on the screen, and different position of measurement of the bearing can be se-lected. all the measured roughness data, and the bearing"s profile and tp curve are displayed, and, if required, can be printed out.
