Julight 公司的激光測振儀是基于新穎的自混頻干涉結(jié)構(gòu)而成的,可以對粗糙發(fā)散的表面(比如未拋光的金屬,塑料,橡皮,紙質(zhì),纖維等)進(jìn)行極易而精確的非接觸振動測量。激光測振儀提供模擬的電信號輸出,這些電信號就是在某一頻率的目標(biāo)位移的復(fù)制品( 1mv/um響應(yīng)率,對應(yīng) 1mm/V)。頻率范圍從DC到50KHZ,甚至到10MHZ ,zui小的可測位移為0.4nm (1HZ噪聲寬帶),zui大的振動幅值(峰峰值)可以大于20mm,zui大的速率可以使1 m/s .
Julight公司的激光測振儀的zui顯著的特點就是具有非常小的光學(xué)頭:
-標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光學(xué)頭,帶斑點追蹤功能(大?。?05mm x 60mm x 40mm),有定焦和自動對焦兩個版本。
-可選的超小的光學(xué)頭,不帶斑點追蹤和自動對焦功能(大?。洪L50 mm,直徑 15mm)
處理干涉信號的簡單二有效的電子系統(tǒng)可以做得和精致,一臺 VSM400(或 VSM4000)儀器能夠支持4個光學(xué)頭(也就是說4個獨立的光學(xué)通道),因此,這樣的話,就可以進(jìn)行同時測量不同點的振動,而無需使用掃描系統(tǒng)來完成。
