　　一、會議背景（Background）
 

　　中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)過了多年高速增長后，進(jìn)入了產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和技術(shù)升級的新時期。在雙積分法規(guī)以及新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的雙重驅(qū)動下，車用材料也迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。傳統(tǒng)以鋼為主的汽車用材結(jié)構(gòu)，正向鋼鋁混合、全鋁車身、塑料復(fù)合材料和鎂合金等多材料混合應(yīng)用的趨勢發(fā)展。尤其是新興能源汽車企業(yè)的崛起，加速了行業(yè)新材料和連接技術(shù)的應(yīng)用步伐。多材料混合應(yīng)用帶來新材料連接技術(shù)需求，鉚接、粘接和復(fù)合連接等多種連接方式在汽車行業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展。解決異種材料連接過程中的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、接頭力學(xué)模型、性能評價、工藝質(zhì)量控制等一系列產(chǎn)業(yè)化的問題迫在眉睫。行業(yè)對連接技術(shù)也給予了高度的關(guān)注，中國汽車材料網(wǎng)組織的“2018(首屆)國際汽車輕量化材料連接技術(shù)研討會”共吸引來自30+整車企業(yè)、100+零部件企業(yè)的260余人參與。
 

　　為了加一步加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)交流與合作，推動新型連接技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用，“2019(第二屆)國際汽車輕量化材料連接技術(shù)研討會”將于3月21-22日在江蘇·蘇州舉行。會議將邀圍繞材料粘接、鉚接、緊固連接、激光焊接、CMT焊接、FDS、攪拌摩擦焊、電阻點(diǎn)焊等熱點(diǎn)連接技術(shù)開展交流與研討。會上還將展示由中國汽車材料網(wǎng)組編，行業(yè)多位知名專家指導(dǎo)的《汽車材料連接技術(shù)手冊》征求意見版，為行業(yè)提供系統(tǒng)全面的車用材料連接技術(shù)應(yīng)用方案。
 

　　After years of rapid growth, China's auto industry has entered a new era of industrial transformation and technological upgrading. Driven by the dual-slope policy and the new energy vehicle industry, vehicle materials have also ushered in a new period of development opportunities. The traditional steel-based automotive material structure is developing towards the mixed application of steel-aluminum hybrid, all-aluminum body, plastic composite and magnesium alloy. In particular, the application of lightweight materials by new energy auto companies has accelerated the application of new materials and joining technologies in the industry. The multi-material hybrid application brings new technical needs in material joining, and various connection methods such as riveting, bonding and composite joining have been rapidly developed in the automotive industry. It is extremely urgent to solve a series of industrialization problems such as structural design, joint performance simulation, performance evaluation and process quality control during the connection process of dissimilar materials. The industry has also paid great attention to the connection technology. The“2018 (first) International Automotive Lightweight Material Connection Technology Seminar organized by China Automaterial Website attracted more than 260 participants from 30+ vehicle companies and 100+ parts companies.
 

　　In order to strengthen industrial technology exchanges and cooperation, and promote the industrial application of new connection technologies, " The 2nd Forum On International Automotive Lightweight Materials Connection Technology" will be held in Suzhou, Jiangsu, on March 21st -22nd. The conference will invite exchanges and seminars on material bonding, riveting, fastener connection, laser welding, CMT, FDS, friction stir welding, resistance spot welding and other hot-spot connection technologies. At the meeting, the "Automotive Material Connection Technical Manual", which is edited by China Automaterial Website and directed by many well-known experts in the industry, will also be displayed for the industry to provide a comprehensive system application technology for vehicle materials.
