      該轉(zhuǎn)鼓是當(dāng)今世界上用于毛皮浸水、浸灰、鞣制加工工序的設(shè)備。
 該轉(zhuǎn)鼓由于特殊的內(nèi)分離構(gòu)造，使得皮塊在轉(zhuǎn)鼓中旋轉(zhuǎn)的效果與常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓中*不同。在該轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，溶液和皮塊產(chǎn)生一種轉(zhuǎn)鼓的機(jī)械效果增加了皮塊和溶液的接觸時(shí)間，溶液能夠被封閉在擋板的上方，直接的效果：就是皮塊始終與較低的溶液一起工作，加速化學(xué)物質(zhì)對(duì)皮塊滲透。
      由于鼓內(nèi)的特殊構(gòu)造，常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓φ4200×4500一般裝皮量10噸，而此轉(zhuǎn)鼓能裝載18~20噸皮，同樣在消耗水方面比常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓約節(jié)約53%，電節(jié)約33.3%，并且也縮短了加工時(shí)間,成為理想的節(jié)能環(huán)保性轉(zhuǎn)鼓。

         This type of drum is one of the reasonable drum today using in the soaking,liming,and tanning process.

        With the special inner structure,this drum makes different effection on the leather than the normal drum during it process.When the drum turns,the solution can be hold on lthe top of the board that the mechanical effection of the solution and the leather make enhance of their contacts.Leather always stay with lower solution and can absorb very well.Due to this special structure, the normal φ4.2X4.5M can only load about 10 ton once but this drum can load about 18-20 ton of leather at one time.It can save 53% water,66.7% electricity and surely shortened the time.This is a reasonable environment protection drum.
