BX-701AA large high precision single-tuble automatic cutter

用途：切割直徑較大的雙面膠帶、美紋膠帶、布基膠帶、聚脂膜、PE膜. 、泡棉膠帶等.3M膠帶以及高精度電子系列膠帶、金手指等.

特點(diǎn)：BX-701AA高精密型雙管自動(dòng)切臺(tái)為集光、機(jī)、電、磁、氣、儀、液壓及數(shù)控驅(qū)動(dòng)、集程控制于一體的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備,在性能各方面超越了傳統(tǒng)機(jī)型的功能和可靠性。尾座采用高立式墻板,*排除了尾座過(guò)輕不穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)象.大圓刀采用高硬度烏鋼合金,在很大程度上提高了刀片硬度和切割精密度;同時(shí)采用數(shù)控驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)及人機(jī)介面觸摸屏數(shù)據(jù)輸入方式，增強(qiáng)了對(duì)切割精度的控制，改善了輸入不靈敏的現(xiàn)象。人機(jī)介面觸摸屏采用5.7寸超大型，在一個(gè)工作循環(huán)中，可同時(shí)設(shè)定10種規(guī)格之尺寸。不停機(jī)一次性完成工作，基本動(dòng)作集中于觸摸屏操作，在觸摸屏上可直接啟動(dòng)，停機(jī)。可更換主軸，圓刀轉(zhuǎn)向等。操作方便快捷，刀座移動(dòng)采用進(jìn)口型直線(xiàn)滑軌為導(dǎo)軌。平移穩(wěn)定，精確。油壓系統(tǒng)加設(shè)了雙閥式油緩沖控制裝置，確保切割運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)（基本消除了進(jìn)退刀時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的相互撞擊現(xiàn)象）。增加快速調(diào)整切刀角度的控制裝置與尾座欠氣壓保護(hù)裝置，在氣壓低于安全值時(shí)，機(jī)器將不能啟動(dòng)或自動(dòng)停機(jī)，操作安全可靠。新機(jī)型所采用的控制裝置均為中國(guó)臺(tái)灣及歐美進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品,性能*、反應(yīng)靈敏。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)機(jī)型,本新款雙管自動(dòng)切臺(tái):操作方便,功能*、定位精確、使用壽命延長(zhǎng).

Characteristics:BX-701AA high-precision dual-tube automatic cut is an automatic device, integrated with photoelectric, magnetic, mechanical, pneumatic and digital control drive. It fully surpasses the traditional model in function and reliability. The tail adopts the high-vertical wall panel, compley eliminating the instability due to underweight of tail. Large rotary blade adopts high-rigid alloy from WG steel group, improving the blade hardness and cutting precision to a considerable degree, while adopting digital control drive system and human-machine interface touch data input mode. This strengthens the control to cutting precision and improves the insensitive issue at input. Human-machine interface touch screen is applied with super-sized 5.7 inch one where 10 types of dimensions can be set up at the same time only during a work cycle without interruptions. Basic action operation is mainly carried out on touch screen where startup and suspension instructions can be directly made. Main shaft and rotary blade rotation can be changed for convenient use. Blade rest adopts imported square linear rail as guide rail, with stable and accurate performance. Dual-valve oil-pressure buffer control device is added to oil-pressure system to ensure the smooth cutting （basically eliminate the mutual collision induced when Engaging / Retracting ）. The control device for quick regulating cut angle and tail lower-pressure protection device is additionally installed to ensure that the machine cannot be started or shut down automatically when pressure less than safe value, with safe and reliable operation.The control device new machine model all adopts is introduced from Taiwan, American and European countries with an advanced performance and a rapid response. In contrast to traditional models, this new ultra large single-tube automatic cut has the following features: easy operation, advanced functions, accurate positioning and a longer service life.
