本機(jī)器再適用于糖果紙的分切、PET、OPP、CPP、PE、PS、PVC、等各種料卷材料的分條。
主要的特點(diǎn)：
1、該機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)操作介面直接在機(jī)器前后方操作，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，設(shè)計(jì)新穎；
2、主機(jī)采用三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻調(diào)速；
3、作業(yè)中料膜張力可自動(dòng)調(diào)整（放料采用自動(dòng)張力控制系統(tǒng)）；
4、放卷設(shè)計(jì)成為水平旋轉(zhuǎn)式，上下原料及為輕松方便；
5、糾編采用同步電機(jī)，高精度滾珠絲桿副，嘉特光電眼，滑軌采用直線軸承，自動(dòng)糾編使分切更為精確平整 ;
6、分切采用平刀分切;
7、廢邊自動(dòng)處理裝置；
8、卷取軸采用水平旋轉(zhuǎn)式的單軸收卷，使分切后成品料更為平整，堅(jiān)實(shí)，單人操作即可；
9、設(shè)有自動(dòng)計(jì)米/碼器，作業(yè)時(shí)可自動(dòng)計(jì)算米數(shù)；

DZFQ800-1300 Model Single-Shaft Rolling Slitting Machine
1. Usage: This machine is suitable for splitting PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and various papers and film rollers etc. It is ideal equipment for paper making, plastic and printing packing industries.
2. The operating interface of the controlling system can be done directly in front and back of the machine, and the operation is easy and convenient， and the design is new.
3. The main motor adopts three-phase asynchronism motor, achieving the frequency inverter adjusting speed.
4. When the machine is working, the tension of the material film can be adjusted automatically. (The feeding material device adopts automatic tension controlling system).
5. The feeding device adopts flat rotation style, and it is very convenient to getting on and getting down the material.
6. The edge correction adopts synchronic motor, high precision ball thread rod, photo-electric eye (from JOT), and the smooth channel adopts line shaft, and automatic edge correction makes the slitting precisely and evenly.
7. The slitting adopts flat knife. It adopts waste edge automatic treatment device.
8. The rolling shaft adopts horizontal rotate style and single shaft rolling design, which will make the slitting product even and solid. Single person can operate the machine.
9. It is installed with an automatic meter counter and automatic yard programmer. When the machine is working, it can automatically count meters.
10. All the cylinders on the machine can be adjusted to solve the material’s horizontal and vertical deviation.
