應(yīng)用范圍:果蔬汁、果醬的蒸發(fā);
Application range: fruit and vegetable juice, jam evaporation;
基本工藝:緩存罐→預(yù)熱器→蒸發(fā)器(降膜、強(qiáng)制循環(huán))→緩存罐
Basic progress: Buffer tank ->pre-heating- > evaporator (falling film, forced circulation) - > buffer tank
主要設(shè)備:預(yù)熱器、蒸發(fā)器、冷凝器、糖度儀、真空系統(tǒng)、溫度控制、液位控制、閥門管件、自動電氣控制系統(tǒng);
Main equipment: pre-heater, evaporator, condenser, sugar meter, vacuum system, temperature control, liquid level control, valve fittings, automatic electrical control system;
