YZTSE系列起重機(jī) YZTSE系列起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子制動三相異步電動機(jī)和YZDTSE系列起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子變極制動三相異步電動機(jī)均為本公司新設(shè)計(jì)的電動機(jī)。該二種電機(jī)是起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子三相異步電動機(jī)或起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子變極制動三相異步電動機(jī)和交流制動器二合一的產(chǎn)品。具有優(yōu)異的電氣性能及機(jī)械性能,可作為各種單梁起重機(jī)、雙梁起重機(jī)、門式起重機(jī)的大車和小車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)以及電動葫蘆行走機(jī)構(gòu)的動力。
Ⅱ、起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子制動三相異步電動機(jī)和起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子變極制動三相異步電動機(jī)的電氣性能和特點(diǎn)。
1.YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)的電氣性能分別優(yōu)于實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子制動三相異步電動機(jī)和實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子變極制動三相異步電動機(jī),以7.5KW 4極電機(jī)為例,用實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子、銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子分別裝在同一只定子鐵心內(nèi)進(jìn)行對比試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,起重用銅條實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子制動三相異步電動機(jī)的堵轉(zhuǎn)電流小于實(shí)心轉(zhuǎn)子制動三相異步電動機(jī)的堵轉(zhuǎn)電流,而堵轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩恰反之,詳見下表實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù):

2.由于YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)具有較軟機(jī)械特性,即堵轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩大、滑差大、加速慢,因此起重機(jī)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)配上YZTSE系列電機(jī)或YZDTSE系列電機(jī)后可獲得緩起動效果,從而起重機(jī)起動時(shí)可大大改善沖擊現(xiàn)象; 3.由于YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)裝的是平面交流制動器,制動力矩可任意調(diào)節(jié),這樣起重機(jī)停車時(shí)可獲得緩慢停止運(yùn)行,不產(chǎn)生沖擊; 4.YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)堵轉(zhuǎn)電流小,可滿足起重機(jī)的頻繁起動和點(diǎn)動的需要,由于堵轉(zhuǎn)電流小,電機(jī)若堵轉(zhuǎn)6-7分鐘,電機(jī)繞組也不會燒毀; 5.由于YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)因具有較軟的機(jī)械特性,故可替代繞線轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī),從而可省去外接電阻和凸輪控制器等電控元件,節(jié)約成本,減少故障,提高使用可靠性; 6.為了提高電機(jī)使用中可靠性和壽命,YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)的繞組采用F級絕緣等級; 7.YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)的制動器為交流制動器,由三相380V 50HZ直接供電,且無二極管,因此大幅度提高電機(jī)可靠性和使用壽命; 8.電源電壓的波動對制動器吸合有很大影響,當(dāng)電壓過低時(shí),制動器會不吸合,制動器不吸合,電機(jī)就不能正常工作,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會燒壞電機(jī),為了使制動器低電壓也能吸合,制動器設(shè)計(jì)上作了改進(jìn),YZTSE系列電機(jī)和YZDTSE系列電機(jī)的制動器電源電壓在300V低壓情況下,制動器也能吸上,保證電機(jī)能正常工作。
YZTSE Series 3-Phase Solid Copper Rotor Asynchronous Running Motor with Brake for Crane Applications, and YZDTSE Series 3-Phase Solid Copper Rotor Pole Changing Asynchronous Running Motor with Brake for Crane Applications are newly designed and manufactured by our company. They are a kind of integrated products of combination of the 3-phase asynchronous motor and AC brake. With excellent performance in both electricity and mechanism, they can be used as the driving element of any large and small running gears of various kinds of single and/or double arm and portal crane as well as moving power set of electric running. These series motors have granted an approved patent by the National Patent Bureau. The approval patent number is: 200420114437.X.
II.Electrical Performance and Features
YZTSE Series Three Phase Solid Copper Rotor Asynchronous Running Motor with Brake for Crane Applications and YZDTSE Series Three Phase Solid Copper Rotor Pole Changing Asynchronous Running Motor with Brake for Crane Applications are better compared with normal 3-phase solid rotor asynchronous motors with brake or 3-phase solid rotor pole changing asynchronous motors with brake in a number of ways.
1.The electrical performance and features of YZTSE series motor is better than normal 3-phase solid rotor in the purpose for the crane applications. In the laboratory test, using a 7.5kw and 4 poles motor, place the solid rotor and the solid copper rotor into the same stator respectively for comparison. The results shown that the locked rotor current of the motor with solid copper rotor is smaller than the solid rotor, while the starting torque is larger than the solid rotor.
