XGW系列微機控制環(huán)剛度試驗機采用機械加荷、電子測量、數(shù)字連續(xù)調速,應用微型單片機進行實時控制。廣泛應用于具有環(huán)形橫截面的熱塑性塑料管材和玻璃鋼管環(huán)剛度的測定,滿足PE雙臂波紋管、纏繞管和各種管材標準的要求。該機對試驗力、位移、速度同時進行數(shù)字顯示,并有試驗力峰值保持功能。適用于塑料管材環(huán)柔、環(huán)剛度、扁平、焊縫拉伸、管材蠕變比率等試驗。并具備電子*試驗機的所有功能,可以作拉伸、壓縮、彎曲 拉伸力強度 斷裂伸長率 屈服強度 等試驗。是工礦企業(yè)、科研院所、大專院校、商檢仲裁、技術監(jiān)督等部門的理想檢測設備。

1、 閉環(huán)控制:采用松下電機和伺服系統(tǒng),高性能的調速系統(tǒng)使試驗速度實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)、自動控制;
2、軟件系統(tǒng):采用WindowsXP中文平臺下的人機對話操作,操作簡單,數(shù)據(jù)準確;開放式軟件,可以根據(jù)客戶的個性化要求,出具不同的實驗報告和參數(shù)。

XGH microcomputer control ring stiffness tester
Product introduction:
XGW series microcomputer control ring stiffness tester adopts mechanical loading, electronic measurement and digital continuous speed control, and the microchip microcontroller is used for real-time control.
