氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器工作原理是通過給氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器的氣包里輸入有壓力的氣體,從而推動(dòng)活塞做直線運(yùn)動(dòng),而達(dá)到降制動(dòng)器的摩擦塊壓緊制動(dòng)輪從而產(chǎn)生摩擦力而制動(dòng)功能。氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器靠空壓來連結(jié),靠復(fù)歸彈簧來放開,圓盤靠空氣壓沿軸方向滑動(dòng),接觸摩擦板。圓盤、摩擦板等,被組裝到輪轂上,成為一體化構(gòu)造。摩擦板可用擰開調(diào)整螺帽的方式進(jìn)行分解,交換簡單。氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器是用帶楔的圓錐形軸套管往軸上安裝,擁有摩擦板可在保持機(jī)械設(shè)備原樣的情況下進(jìn)行交換的構(gòu)造??堪惭b在帶輪轂的圓盤上的冷卻片來散發(fā)因摩擦而產(chǎn)生的熱量。摩擦板是雙切口對開式,通過帶輪轂圓盤的孔,用螺絲刀把埋頭螺釘取出來后即可交換摩擦板。氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器具有良好的散熱性,可廣泛應(yīng)用在包裝機(jī)械、電線電纜設(shè)備、薄頁紙及瓦楞紙等工業(yè)。
氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器也成通氣剎車,意思就是有個(gè)氣飽通過通氣來施壓讓嵌口緊閉達(dá)到制動(dòng)效果,這種工業(yè)使用比較廣泛。說道氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器還分為常閉制動(dòng)器和常開制動(dòng)器,常閉制動(dòng)器就是沒用工作的情況下它的嵌口是一直打開的,工作時(shí)候通氣就抱閘,就形成剎車。
