基本原理：
臺(tái)式超聲波細(xì)胞粉碎機(jī)是利用超聲波在液體中的分散效應(yīng)，使液體產(chǎn)生空化的作用，從而使液體中的固體顆粒或細(xì)胞組織破碎．臺(tái)式超聲波細(xì)胞粉碎機(jī)由超聲波發(fā)生器和換能器二大部分組成。超聲波發(fā)生器將市電轉(zhuǎn)變成18-21KHz交變電能供給換能器。鋯鈦酸鋇壓電振子是換能器的心臟，它隨交變電壓以18-21KHz頻率作伸縮彈性形變，換能器隨之作縱向機(jī)械振動(dòng)。振動(dòng)波通過浸入在生物溶液中的鈦合金變幅桿產(chǎn)生空化效應(yīng)，激發(fā)介質(zhì)里的生物微粒劇烈振動(dòng)。
