概述 Application（）

9—19AID、9—26AID型系列離心通風機是國家經(jīng)委和機電部推廣的節(jié)能風機產(chǎn)品。適用于一般鍛冶、玻璃、陶瓷、無線電、電鍍、蓄電池等行業(yè)高壓強制通風以及糧食、飼料、礦粉、塑料等加工行業(yè)的物料輸送：輸送介質為空氣及其它不自燃、自爆、對人體無害、對鋼鐵材料無腐蝕·性的氣體。
9—1 9A／D and 9-26A／D type series centrifugal fans are energy—saving fan products promoted by the National Economic Council and National Electromechanical Department，suitable for industries of common forging，glass，ceramics，radio，electroplating，accumulator,etc．，used for high—pressure forced ventilation，also applicable for machining trades such as food products，forage plants，mineral powder，plastics and so on，used for material handling：conveyance medium is air or other gas that would not spOntaneOusly combust or explode and should be harmless to human body and free frOm corrosion to steel materials

主要特點 Strncture（）

No_4—6．3主要由葉輪、機殼、進風口、支架等組成；N07．1—16主要由葉輪、機殼、進風口、傳動組等組成。
葉輪：9—19型風機葉片為12片，9—26型風機葉片為16片。均屬前向彎曲葉型。葉輪擴壓器外緣zui高圓周速度不超過140m／s。葉輪成型后
經(jīng)靜、動平衡校正，故運轉平穩(wěn)。
機殼：用普通鋼板焊接成蝸型殼整體。
進風口：做成收斂式流線型的整體結構，用螺栓固定在前蓋板組成。
傳動組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等組成。主軸由優(yōu)質鋼制成，軸承箱整體結構，采用滾動軸承，用軸承潤滑脂潤滑。

Impeller：fan Of 9—1 9 type has 1 2 impellers．9-26 type has 1 6 impellers．a(chǎn)ll are forward direction bending types Outer edge of impeller diffuser not over 1 40m／s．The impellers have accepted static and dynamic balance calibration，SO they are able to run smoothly and stably．
Enclosure：it is made of general steel sheets by welding，it is a scroll casing．
Air inlet：it is made into an integral structure with convergence streamline，it is fixed by bolt on the front plate
Driving unit：it is consists of principal shaft，bearing housing，coupling，etc．．The principal shaft is made of high—quality steel，bearing housing has integral structure，adopting rolling bearing and bearing grease for lubrication．
