1：本機(jī)具有潮濕模擬功能，開啟本功能，即可真實(shí)的模擬產(chǎn)品試樣在戶外潮濕侵蝕的工況。因?yàn)樵诤芏鄳敉猸h(huán)境中，產(chǎn)品可能每天的潮濕時(shí)間可長(zhǎng)達(dá)12小時(shí)。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水，而不是雨水。本機(jī)*的加濕器可使試驗(yàn)箱在較高溫度下保持*相對(duì)濕度，讓水蒸汽連續(xù)不斷地在樣品表面凝結(jié)，來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。真實(shí)的再現(xiàn)了試樣使用的各種環(huán)境！從而得到zui真實(shí)的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

Humidity impersonation function allows you to forge a real outdoor wet corrosion condition .because under most outdoor situations, the products may be in moist for 12 hours or more. Study has shown that this outdoor moist situation is caused by the dew, rather than the rain. The unique humidifier could help maintain a *relative humidity condition in the text box, which could make the stem consistently condense on the samples. So as to create the outdoor wet corrosion. 2：本機(jī)具有熱沖擊及應(yīng)力模擬功能！在某些實(shí)際應(yīng)用條件下，例如陽(yáng)光下，聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時(shí)，材料的溫度就會(huì)發(fā)生急劇變化，產(chǎn)生熱沖擊，這種熱沖擊對(duì)于許多材料而言是一種考驗(yàn)。本機(jī)采用的德國(guó)“西門子”PLC控制器可自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)程式模擬熱沖擊和應(yīng)力腐蝕工況。
