熔體流動速率儀產(chǎn)品概述
本儀器適用于熔融溫度較高的聚乙烯、聚芳砜、氟塑料、尼龍等工程塑料,也適用于聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS樹脂、聚甲醛樹脂的熔體流動速率MFR值的測定和各種高聚物在粘流狀態(tài)時(shí)的熔體流動速率值測定,尤其適用于聚丙烯、納米纖維等高聚物熔噴料的熔體流動速率MVR值測定,可廣泛地應(yīng)用于塑料生產(chǎn)、塑料制品、石油化工等行業(yè)以及有關(guān)院校、科研單位和商檢部門。

1、位移采用的分辨率達(dá)1um的高精度、高響應(yīng)的位移傳感器,數(shù)據(jù)采集精準(zhǔn)、快速、可靠;
2、溫度采集單元采用24bit高精度模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器,具有*的溫度采樣精度和穩(wěn)定性,溫度分辨力達(dá)0.01℃;
