動(dòng)作原理thm50cthe mass flow (m) is calculated on the basis of the measuredtemperature difference(t2-t1),the meter cofeeicient(k),the electric heat rate(q),and the specific heat of the fluid(cp)by bridge cirduit and output the flow rate.the controller takes the signal from mass flow meter and controls valve in accordance with set flow rate.
