ICS17系列皮帶秤,動態(tài)累誤差小于±0.5%,用于工廠和過程稱重中,監(jiān)測生產(chǎn)量、控制產(chǎn)品裝載及監(jiān)測產(chǎn)品庫存量,為企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化管理提供重要的信息。
結(jié)構(gòu)組成
ICS17系列皮帶秤主要由以下幾部分組成:17型杠桿式稱重橋架、60-12C型測速傳感器、稱重傳感器、XK2001型積算器。
工作原理
稱重橋架中的稱重傳感器檢測皮帶上物料重量,送入積算器;測速傳感器檢測皮帶速度,將速度信息送入積算器。積算器把接收到的速度信號及重量信號進行處理,得到物料的累計量及瞬時流量。
17A型稱重秤架
17A型稱重橋架在杠桿上裝有四組或二組托輥,采用雙稱重傳感器支承,外側(cè)支承采用無磨擦耳軸支點,這種封閉裝置可以防震、防潮、防腐及防止物料堆積,因而在惡劣的環(huán)境中不發(fā)生使用刀口裝置和軸承裝置帶來的問題。
稱重橋架的主梁采用矩型鋼管,這使整個稱重橋架具有足夠高的鋼性、較小的自重,外表積灰面積達到。為了保證整個系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,高精度電阻應變片式傳感器安裝于受拉部位,以減少非線性誤差。
稱重橋架可以直接裝在各種不同寬度的皮帶輸送機架內(nèi),位于上下皮帶之間,不占用空間高度。它是一個已在工廠組裝好的整體,可以迅速方便地安裝和校準
該稱重橋架適應皮帶寬度從400-2200mm。

The Ramsey Series 17 Belt Scale System combines the time-proven reliability of the Ramsey 10-17 Weighbridge and the Ramsey 60-12 Belt Speed Sensor with the power and versatility of the advanced electronics in the Ramsey Micro-Tech 2000 and Ramsey Micro-Tech 3000 series of electronic integrators.The long weighbridge design of the Ramsey Series 17 allows this model to be offered as a highly accurate 0.25% scale system. The longer weighbridge permits more scale-borne time, which minimizes alignment errors. This translates into better accuracy.
This belt scale system is available in two or four idler versions.
