Ws-6400 series AC intelligent dry load can be typically applied to the generator test system. Based on the traditional load test equipment, it is optimized from the aspects of appearance design, process control, data recording, system integration and user experience, providing a fully automated generator load test. The system is composed of generator set auxiliary measurement and control instrument, generator set special measurement instrument, controller and load cabinet. It provides test items including various performance indexes of generator set and automatic load detection and test process, which is generated through data collection, data analysis and report. The test system is also applicable to the field test, performance demonstration, commissioning and acceptance of power generation units

The load box is a purely resistive load, which is wound by a special alloy resistance, coated with stainless steel, with small temperature drift and long service life. The total power of a single machine is up to 50MW. The external chassis adopts a fixed container structure, with rain protection function, top air outlet, easier heat dissipation, automatic overheating protection function and automatic unloading function in case of fan failure. The load cabinet is equipped with a remote controller, Remote control can be realized.
