3路分流閥3-WAY DIVERTING VALVE

GXF-D Series are designed for 3-way Flange type valve which can be assembled with GEA series of Actuators using for Cooling, Heating and controlling HVAC facilities, or for Ice-bon thermal storage cooling system.

DN 80 : 20 mm
DN100 ~ DN150 : 40 mm

Applicable Fluids and Temperature : -25 ~ +120℃( cool or hot water )
Water with Oxygen contained chemicals and Glycol, max.50%
Cooling medium Objects : R12, R22

Operating Pressure : JIS 10 Kgf/㎠
Operating Temperature : -25 ～ 120℃
Flange connection : RF type
Valve curve : Linear
Leakage :
1)Through-port : ≤0.01% of Kvs value Class Ⅳ (ANSI B 16.104-1976)
2)By-pass : ≤0.1% of Kvs value

Plug is connected directly with valve stem.
Specially materialized Seat is fixed on the Valve body.

For heating and Steam, it's preferable to install at low degree circulating water to make Packing
more resistable
Use always Strainer and install at fitting opening for better safety of operation.

Test run should be conducted only when Actuator is mounted on the Valve correctly.
1. Upward of Spindle : Through-port / Close, By-pass / Open
2. Downward of Spindle : Through-port / Open, By-pass / Close

In case of damaging packing box of Valve, this can be substituted without removing valve body.
Packing box can be used for -25 ～ 130˚C of Fluids ( Cool, Chilled, Hot water & Steam ).
