　　瀝青薄膜旋轉烘箱結構說明：

　　★總體安排：主體由薄鋼板構成，上半部是裝有雙重門的工作室，下半部是電器控制部分和機械減速傳動裝置，外表噴漆。

　　★觀察：工件室門是雙重形式，內層厚約30mm，外層厚約50mm，中裝有方形玻璃觀察窗。在室內有照明燈，可以在測定進行時能方便池從外面看到室內狀態(tài)，溫度計從上部前面插入。

　　★加熱：加熱裝置在工作室底部，采用空氣自然對流法加熱空氣。通過上下和背后的風道均勻加熱工作室。

　　★保溫和控溫：工作室和箱殼之間是保溫層和風道，為使工作室內溫度不致外導而影響恒溫和恒溫靈敏度，保溫層內充填玻璃纖維，風道和工作室壁上噴高銀粉漆。控溫分粗細兩種，通過長轉換開關在0、1／3、2/3、1、三段中的轉換，改變電熱絲加熱功串獲得粗略的升溫和控溫。調整安裝在工作室上部的電接點溫度計觸點，獲得的工作溫度。

　　★Heating:The heating device is located at the bottom of the studio,ａnd the air is heated by natural air convection.The studio is evenly heated by the up and down air ducts.

　　瀝青薄膜旋轉烘箱使用方法：

　　★電源設備：應在供電線路中裝有超負荷的保險裝置，供此箱專用。并具有良好的接地裝置。

　　★校平烘箱：使轉盤在水平面上旋轉，旋轉時與水平面的傾角不得大于3度。

　　★溫度校正：

　　A、裝上溫度計(溫度計水銀球底部距離轉盤項面約6.4mm)校對電接點溫度計至所需溫度163℃。

　　B、關閉配電盤上所有開關，將電源插頭插上，打開電源開關。

　　C、將3段轉換開關指向1的位置，待整個工作室溫度上升至所需溫度時(163℃)應檢查工作溫度計讀數(shù)，通過調整電接點溫度計觸點來獲得工作室的正確溫度。粗略估計163℃恒溫功率1300瓦，這時應把3段轉換開關指向2/3處(1600w)待整個工作室在電接點溫度計控制下，恒溫15min，既可進行瀝青薄膜測定。

　　★將盛有試樣的盛樣皿放置轉盤上，關閉烘箱，使轉盤旋轉，恒定烘箱溫度在163℃。

　　★在箱子運轉中，室內照明燈不要隨意啟開，以免影響工作室溫度的穩(wěn)定。

　　★完畢后，必須切斷各個開關。

　　Asphalt film rotary oven use method:

　　★Power supply equipment:overload safety devices should be installed in the power supply line for this box.And has a good grounding device.

　　★Leveling Oven:Rotate the turntable on a horizontal plane,ａnd the inclination angle with the horizontal plane during rotation should not be greater than 3 degrees.

　　★Temperature correction:

　　A.Install a thermometer(the bottom of the mercury ball of the thermometer is about 6.4mm from the surface of the turntable)to calibrate the electrical contact thermometer to the required temperature of 163°C.

　　B.Turn off all switches on the switchboard,plug in the power plug,ａnd turn on the power switch.

　　C.Point the 3-segment transfer switch to the position 1.When the temperature of the entire working room rises to the required temperature(163°C),check the working thermometer reading and obtain the correct temperature of the working room by adjusting the electrical contact thermometer contact.A rough estimate is 1300 watts at a constant temperature of 163°C.At this time,the 3-stage transfer switch should be pointed at 2/3(1600w).The whole studio can be controlled for 15 minutes under the control of an electric contact thermometer to measure asphalt film.

　　★Place the sample dish containing the sample on the turntable,close the oven,ａnd rotate the turntable.The constant oven temperature is 163°C.

　　★During the operation of the box,do not turn on the interior lighting at will,so as not to affect the stability of the studio temperature.

　　★When finished,you must turn off each switch.
