　　AFA-II自動(dòng)涂膜機(jī)使用方法：

　　★接好電源。

　　★將待涂布底材（如：黑白紙）平放在涂布底座上，打開真空泵開關(guān)到“吸附”位置，這時(shí)，涂布底材即被吸附在涂布底座上了。（注意：當(dāng)待涂布底材尺寸小于可真空尺寸時(shí)，應(yīng)用其它紙張或用透明膠條遮蓋多余的真空小孔，以免待涂布底材吸附不牢固，造成涂布失?。?/p>

　　★將橫向推桿放置在涂布底座兩側(cè)的固定桿上。

　　★選擇適當(dāng)?shù)耐坎奸L(zhǎng)度，按下“復(fù)位”按鈕，使橫向推桿到達(dá)涂布的起始位置。

　　★將濕膜制備器放置在橫向推桿的前方。

　　★選擇適當(dāng)?shù)耐坎妓俣取?/p>

　　★直接在濕膜制備器前面放置適量的待涂布涂料。

　　★按下“開始”按鈕，開始涂布。

　　★待涂布停止后，將剩余涂料刮入廢料收集盤。

　　★關(guān)閉真空泵，取下制好的樣板，以待下次操作。

　　AFA-II automatic coating machine use method:

　　★Connect the power.

　　★L(fēng)ay the substrate to be coated(such as black and white paper)flat on the coating base and turn on the vacuum pump switch to the"adsorption"position.At this time,the coating substrate is adsorbed on the coating base.(Note:when the size of the substrate to be coated is smaller than the vacuum-capable size,use other paper or cover the excess vacuum holes with transparent tape to prevent the substrate to be coated from adsorbing weakly and causing coating failure)

　　★Place the horizontal push rods on the fixed rods on both sides of the coating base.

　　★Select the appropriate coating length and press the"Reset"button to make the horizontal pusher reach the starting position of coating.

　　★Place the wet film preparation device in front of the lateral push rod.

　　★Select the appropriate coating speed.

　　★Place an appropriate amount of coating material directly in front of the wet film maker.

　　★Press the"Start"button to start coating.

　　★After the coating stops,scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection tray.

　　★Turn off the vacuum pump and remove the prepared template for the next operation.

　　AFA-II自動(dòng)涂膜機(jī)注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★在設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中不能隨便調(diào)節(jié)涂布長(zhǎng)度的旋鈕，否則會(huì)造成再次開機(jī)時(shí)滑桿不動(dòng)作，一旦發(fā)生這種情況，可以把滑桿推到后，再開機(jī)，故障即可消除。

　　★涂布底座應(yīng)保持清潔，有雜物粘在上面，以免影響涂布底座的平面度，從而影響下次涂布；若不慎將涂料滴落在涂布底座上，也應(yīng)及時(shí)清潔。

　　★定時(shí)檢查油杯油位，若發(fā)現(xiàn)油位不夠，則應(yīng)及時(shí)加入潤(rùn)滑油，以潤(rùn)滑導(dǎo)軌。

　　★每次使用本設(shè)備后，應(yīng)用防塵罩遮蓋，以免灰塵掉入真空小孔，并被真空泵吸入，影響其使用壽命。

　　★每次使用本設(shè)備后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗廢料收集盤。

　　Note of AFA-II automatic film coating machine:

　　★During the operation of the equipment,the knob of the coating length cannot be adjusted arbitrarily,otherwise the slider will not move when the machine is turned on again.Once this happens,you can push the slider to the machine and turn it on again,ａnd the fault can be eliminated.

　　★The coating base should be kept clean,ａnd there are debris stuck on it,so as not to affect the flatness of the coating base,which will affect the next coating;if the paint is accidentally dropped on the coating base,it should also be cleaned in time.

　　★Check the oil level of the oil cup regularly.If the oil level is not enough,add lubricating oil in time to lubricate the guide rail.

　　★After each use of the device,cover it with a dust cover to prevent dust from falling into the vacuum hole and being sucked in by the vacuum pump,affecting its service life.

　　★After each use of this equipment,the waste collection tray should be cleaned in time.
