　　I.Overview:

　　The ceramic tile comprehensive tester is an instrument used to measure the size and shape characteristics of various wall tiles and floor tiles.The measured parameters include the edge straightness,right angle and flatness of the tile.When measuring,only need to place the test piece once,ａnd the above several index data can be measured quickly and accurately.

　　This product meets the requirements of GB/T3810.2-2006/ISO 10545-2-1995"Ceramic Tiles-Inspection of Dimensions and Surface Quality".It is an ideal testing instrument for ceramic tile manufacturers and quality testing departments.

　　三、原理及結(jié)構(gòu)：

　　本儀器由支承平板、可移動的左支座和右支座組成一個直角坐標(biāo)系。在平板上有三個等高支承銷與陶瓷面磚類似外形和具有理想尺寸的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板進(jìn)行探測，并將儀表值調(diào)整至適當(dāng)位置，并記下該示值。然后，以被測陶瓷面磚取代標(biāo)準(zhǔn)板，在不移動測量點(diǎn)的情況下，分別測出六項指標(biāo)參數(shù)。左、右支座及中心測量支座可在平板上作平行移動，組成不同位置的空間座標(biāo)，以適應(yīng)不同規(guī)格尺寸陶瓷面磚的測定。

　　3.Principle and structure:

　　This instrument is composed of a support plate,a movable left support and a right support to form a rectangular coordinate system.There are three equal height support pins on the flat plate,which are similar in appearance to the ceramic tile and standard plate with ideal size to detect,adjust the meter value to the appropriate position,ａnd record the indicated value.Then,replace the standard board with the measured ceramic tile,ａnd measure six index parameters without moving the measuring point.The left and right support and the center measurement support can be moved in parallel on the plate to form the spatial coordinates of different positions to suit the determination of ceramic tiles of different specifications and sizes
