瑞士蘇黎世儀器 (Zurich Instruments) 的 HF2LI鎖相放大器(高頻,雙通道)是可以測量從直流到 50 MHz 頻率范圍的數(shù)字鎖相放大器。它具備雙輸入通道,可以替代許多需要用到2 臺單通道鎖相放大器的情況。128 位的數(shù)字信號處理提供的精確度,因而提高噪聲性能和動態(tài)儲備。通過這些所未有的功能,HF2LI 把鎖相放大器提高到了新的水平,并能夠應(yīng)用到頻率要求更高的更多的場合,以模擬儀器的頻率范圍受到了大的限制。高速數(shù)據(jù)采集可通過高速 USB 連接計算機來實現(xiàn)。HF2LI 具有強大的圖形用戶界面和多種編程接口,使用非常方便
功能圖解
高精度輸入
HF2LI 的 雙輸入通道經(jīng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計達到超低噪聲水平。高達模擬輸入帶寬 4 倍的210 MSa/s 采樣率充分保證信號的捕獲信號并避免混疊。
信號輸出
HF2LI 的2路高頻輸出來源于多6 個 直流到 50 MHz 的正弦波線性組合。當(dāng)啟用 HF2LI-MF 多頻選件時,即可以為每個正弦波分量設(shè)置振幅、頻率和相移。
解調(diào)器和濾波器
HF2LI 提供 6 個雙相解調(diào)器。每個解調(diào)器都可通過自帶的濾波器做獨立設(shè)置,包括從 1 μs 到 500 s 的時間常數(shù)(相當(dāng)于 80 μHz 到 200 kHz的解調(diào)信號帶寬)和1 到 8 階濾波器。濾波器基于的128 位數(shù)字架構(gòu)。相對普通模擬儀器來說,優(yōu)勢是具備更高的動態(tài)儲備、零點漂移、精確相移和正交性。
集成工具組
2048 點存儲深度的集成示波器提供直觀的輸入信號時域和頻域視圖。用戶可以隨時看到輸入的和生成的信號,由此可迅速找到正確的設(shè)置。頻率響應(yīng)分析儀可提供精確的頻響圖。FFT 頻譜分析儀可提供由鎖相放大器解調(diào)出的高分辨率頻譜圖。
