Gantry CNC plasma/flame cutting machine

數(shù)控切割機(jī)分為數(shù)控火焰切割機(jī)，數(shù)控等離子切割機(jī)，數(shù)控火焰、等離子兩用切割機(jī)和數(shù)控火焰、等離子、直條切割機(jī)四種類(lèi)型，分別滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)的不同需求?；鹧媲懈钍且环N傳統(tǒng)的熱切割方式，適用對(duì)中厚碳鋼板進(jìn)行高品質(zhì)的下料加工，切割厚度范圍為0.5-400mm。等離子切割機(jī)使用于對(duì)碳鋼板、不銹鋼板和有色金屬進(jìn)行切割，速度快，切面光潔度好，是對(duì)金屬材料進(jìn)行高品質(zhì)切割的理想選擇。公司開(kāi)發(fā)的等離子切割機(jī)，采用了新的精細(xì)圓孔技術(shù)，使得切割小孔徑工件時(shí)質(zhì)量更高。除上述幾種主要產(chǎn)品外，還可以根據(jù)客戶(hù)的需要生產(chǎn)多頭直條切割機(jī)、管子定長(zhǎng)切割機(jī)、臺(tái)式切割機(jī)、相貫線(xiàn)切割機(jī)等客戶(hù)自定切割機(jī)系列。

The digitally controlled cutting machine can be divided into four types:the digitally controlled flame cutting machine,the digitally controlled plasma cutting machine,the digitally flame/plasma cutting machine and the digitally controlled flame,plasma and straight cutting machine . The flame cutting is a traditional form of cutting the carbon steel sheets in the hot way between 0 . 5mm and 400mm . The plasma cutting machine is used to cut the carbon steel,the stainless steel and the non-ferrous metal sheets,featuring in high speed and good cutting quality,which is an ideal choice for high quality cutting . Recently,we have researched and developed Plasma Cutting Machine,latest fine circular technology,which makes precision higher when cutting work-piece . In addition to the above several major products,what customers need can also be produced,such as the pipe length-fixed cutting machine,the desktop cutting machine,the intersecting line cutting machine,ａnd other similar cutting machine series .

CNC gantry cutting machine is the widespread equipment of the plate industry . It can be used for flame cutting and plasma cutting,with optional functions as automatic height control、automatic piercing、powder spraying and making、automatic positioning of torch、retracing,etc .
