膨脹閥的正確調整方法
1)在調整熱力膨脹閥之前,必須確認冷庫制冷異常是由于熱力膨脹閥偏離工作點引起的,而不是因為氟利昂少、干燥過濾器堵塞、濾網、風機、皮帶等其他原因所引起的。同時,必須保證感溫包采樣信號的正確性,感溫安裝位置必須正確,不可安裝在管道的正下方,以防管子底部積油等因素影響感溫包正確感溫。
(2) 熱力膨脹閥調整時注意事項
熱力膨脹閥的調整工作,必須在制冷裝置正常運行狀態(tài)下進行。由于蒸發(fā)器表面無法放置測溫計,可以利用壓縮機的吸氣壓力作為蒸發(fā)器內的飽和壓力,查表得到近似蒸發(fā)溫度。用測溫計測出回氣管的溫度,與蒸發(fā)溫度對比來校核過熱度。調整中,如果感到過熱度太小,則可把調節(jié)螺桿按順時針方向轉動(即增大彈簧力,減小熱力膨脹閥開啟度),使流量減??;反之,若感到過熱度太大,即供液不足,則可把調節(jié)螺桿朝相反方向(逆時針)轉動,使流量增大。由于實際工作中的熱力膨脹閥感溫系統(tǒng)存在著一定的熱惰性,形成信號傳遞滯后,運行基本穩(wěn)定后方可進行下一次調整。因此整個調整過程必須耐心細致,調節(jié)螺桿轉動的圈數一次不宜過多過快。
(3)熱力膨脹閥具體的調整步驟
1)停機。將數字溫度表的探頭插入到蒸發(fā)器回氣口處(對應感溫包位置)的保溫層內。將壓力表與壓縮機低壓閥的三通相連。
2)開機,讓壓縮機運行15 分鐘以上,進入穩(wěn)定運行狀態(tài),使壓力指示和溫度顯示達到穩(wěn)定值。
3)讀出數字溫度表溫度T1 與壓力表測得壓力所對應的溫度T2,過熱度為兩讀數之差T1- T2。
注意,必須同時讀出這兩個讀數。熱力膨脹閥過熱度應在5-8℃之間,如果不是,則進行適當的調整。調整步驟是:首先拆下熱力膨脹閥的防護蓋,然后轉動調整螺桿2-4 圈,等系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,重新讀數,計算過熱度,是否在正常范圍,不是的話,重復前面的操作,直至符合要求,調節(jié)過程必須小心仔細。

1 正確選擇熱力膨脹閥的目的
熱力膨脹閥的選配對整個系統(tǒng)的性能發(fā)揮起著重要的作用,正確的選擇熱力膨脹閥將使蒸發(fā)器zui大限度地加以利用,并使蒸發(fā)器始終和熱負荷匹配。
2 熱力膨脹閥與系統(tǒng)不匹配時的現象
不匹配時、會使系統(tǒng)的制冷劑流量時多時少,導致熱力膨脹閥的制冷量時大時小,當制冷量過小時,會使蒸發(fā)器供液不足,產生過大熱度,對系統(tǒng)性能會造成不利的影響.當制冷量過大時,會引起震蕩,間歇性的使蒸發(fā)器供液過量,導致壓縮機的吸氣壓力出現劇烈波動,甚至有液態(tài)制冷劑進入壓縮機,引起液擊(濕沖程)現象.
3 選擇的依據
根據制冷系統(tǒng)的制冷劑種類,蒸發(fā)溫度范圍和蒸發(fā)器過熱負荷的大小選擇。
選擇方法及一般步驟
下面就敘述下膨脹閥的選擇方法。由于現在都采用吊頂冷風機,一般蒸發(fā)壓力降都比較大,所以都選用外平衡式的熱力膨脹閥。根據蒸發(fā)溫度和熱力膨脹閥的進出口的壓差,查供應商所給產品選擇表.
一般步驟如下:
1) 確定系統(tǒng)的制冷劑型號。
2) 確定蒸發(fā)器的蒸發(fā)溫度,冷凝溫度及制冷量。
3) 熱力膨脹閥進出口的壓力差。
