用途和特點(diǎn) 

1.本機(jī)使用于成型刀模對(duì)各種非金屬卷狀材料進(jìn)行連續(xù)的沖裁作業(yè)，可應(yīng)用于服裝、鞋帽、文化用品、體育用品等行業(yè)。

2.機(jī)器采用上位機(jī)控制，具有刀模仿形、電子圖形錄入、自動(dòng)排版功能，并在屏幕上顯示，可精確控制機(jī)器的X Y Z β四個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)，沖頭按照排版的位置自動(dòng)沖切。

3.機(jī)器具有記憶功能，可存儲(chǔ)多種工作模式，只要裝上對(duì)應(yīng)號(hào)碼的刀模，即可按指示工作模式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。

4.采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，進(jìn)料位置精準(zhǔn)；采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，滾珠絲桿傳動(dòng)，保證沖頭定位精準(zhǔn)；采用伺服電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)沖頭，保證了沖裁位置精確。

5.機(jī)器具有手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)等工作方式，工人只需撿拾成品，極大的提高了工作效率，降低了勞動(dòng)成本。

1、This is machine is used for the continuous die cutting of various non-metallic  roll materials using the mould cutting die in apparel ,shoes and cap, cultural articles,sports goods industry etc.

2、The machine uses the upper computer for control purpose and supports copying cutting die,precisely control machine movement along the directions of X,Y,Z andβ.the punch may automatically perform die cutting according to the position present using the typesetting software.

3、With memory function,the machine may store various operating modes.Installing a suitable cutting die makes it possible for the machine to implement manufacturing process in the preset operating mode.

4、The machine is driven by a servo motor to ensure accurate feeding.The use of servo motor and ball screw as drive systems enable the punch to achieve precise positioning .The servo motor driven rotary punch ensures accurate die cutting position .T
