本機(jī)是專(zhuān)為縫制皮革、箱包、帆布、等各種厚料制口開(kāi)發(fā)的新一代厚料縫紉機(jī)，本機(jī)操作空間大、壓腳提升高、容線(xiàn)量大、粗細(xì)線(xiàn)均能縫制。本機(jī)采用連桿挑張，KRT132型超大進(jìn)口旋梭勾線(xiàn)，形成鎖式線(xiàn)跡，配置倒縫功能、上下同步送料機(jī)構(gòu)和壓腳交替提升機(jī)構(gòu)。上下軸用螺旋傘齒輪傳動(dòng)，圓盤(pán)式針距調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)，線(xiàn)跡平整，縫厚能力強(qiáng)，層縫性能好；倒順縫針距誤差小，機(jī)器噪音低，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)主便，工作效率高。是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外較理想的厚料縫制設(shè)備。

Main characteristic

It is the new developed sewing machine for sewing the thick cloth,such as leather,case﹠bag and canvas etc.It has big operating space,high lifted presser and big thread containing capacity,so it could sew in both of the threadlet and thick line.It adopts the connecting to lifting up the thread and KRT132model imported superhuge rotary shuttle to hook the thread ,which formed the latching stitch; it equipped with the up and down synchronous feed mechanism with inverted sewing function and presser alternating lifting mechanism.The upper axle and lower axle are transmitted by the spiral bevel gear;it adopts the disk type needling-distance regulating mechanism.It has characteristics of smooth stitch,strong thick cloth sewing capcity,good laminate swing capacity,small error of inverted sewing stitches or right sewing stitches,low nose of machine and high operating efficiency.It is convenient for maintenance. It is the ideal sewing equipment for thick cloth in domestic and abroad at present.
