無錫市晉豪印染機械廠自主研發(fā)的JH-Y系列溢流式絞紗染色機是使用于適棉、羊毛、人造毛、腈綸及混紡絞紗的前后處理，是比較經典的溢流式絞紗染色機，機身和所有于染液接觸部分均采用牌號進口的SUS-316L高抗腐蝕不銹鋼制造，配備兩套精軋無縫鋼管制成的掛紗桿，攜帶具有機械密封裝置的不銹鋼高效軸流泵，享有出廠免檢的口碑，在所有使用的客戶群體中口碑比較好的產品。

• 本機型適用于棉、羊毛、人造毛、腈綸及混紡絞紗的前后處理，一次裝紗便可完成膨化、精練、漂白、染色及柔軟等多個染整工序。

• 掛紗桿之間間距可調，適應處染各種不同長度的絞紗。

• 采用精確正反轉控制器，自動變換染液的循環(huán)方向，確保絞紗勻染。

• 循環(huán)水泵設計優(yōu)良，采用多級皮帶輪變速，以滿足不同類型絞紗的染色工藝。

• 本機型可雙機串聯使用，減少工藝缸差。

• 配備優(yōu)質不銹鋼加料泵（Y20以下無）

• 加料桶裝有攪拌、加料、反沖和清洗裝置
