特氟龍耐高溫布

鐵氟龍高溫布主要性能特點(diǎn)

1、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好(延伸系數(shù)小于5‰)、強(qiáng)度高。具有良好的機(jī)械特性。

2、用于低溫-70℃，高溫260℃之間，具有耐氣候性，抗老化。經(jīng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用，如在250℃高溫情況下連續(xù)放置200天，不但強(qiáng)度不會(huì)變低，而且重量也不減少;在350℃ 高溫下放置120個(gè)小時(shí)，重量只減少0.6%左右;在-180℃超低溫情況下不會(huì)產(chǎn)生龜裂，并保持原有的柔軟性。

3、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質(zhì)。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬，污點(diǎn)或其它附著物;漿糊、樹(shù)脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質(zhì)都可簡(jiǎn)單地清除;

4、耐化學(xué)腐蝕，能耐強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿及各種有機(jī)溶劑的腐蝕。

5、摩擦系數(shù)低(0.05-0.1)，是無(wú)油自潤(rùn)滑的。

6、透光率達(dá)6～13 %。

7、具有高絕緣性能(介電常數(shù)?。?.6，正切在0.0025以下)、防紫外線、防靜電。
