此裝置是利用永磁性材料所產(chǎn)生的磁力，將鐵屑吸附在排屑機的工作面板上，可輸送干式加工過程中產(chǎn)生的粉狀、顆粒狀及長度小于100mm的鐵屑，或?qū)⒂?、冷卻液中的碎鐵屑（不包括粉狀）分離，吸附在排屑機的工作面板上，輸送至的排屑地點或集屑箱中。

可廣泛應(yīng)用于數(shù)控機床、組合機床、加工中心、齒輪加工機床、鉆、銑、鏜、鉸、拉等機械加工設(shè)備和自動線、流水線的鐵屑輸送。定量排屑不產(chǎn)生過載。工作面板與殼體密封可靠，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，噪聲低，壽命長。根據(jù)主機可任意配置安放?？蓡螜C工作也可與主機聯(lián)動，

還可做為小零件的輸送器和提升器，是現(xiàn)代機械加工行業(yè)中的理想配套設(shè)備。

HRYC series permanent magnetic chip conveyor uses the strong magnetic which are generated by permanent magnetic materials to absorb various chips on working panel, such as powder chips,particle chips, chips less than 100mm or chips (except powder chips) in oil/cooling, and then they are transported to indicated collection place or chips-collect box.

This product can be widely used for chip transport in various assembly lines and automatic production lines, such as digital control machine tools, combined machine tools, machining centers and gears-processing machine tools. It restricts the volume of chips for the sake of avoiding overload.
