INTRODUCTION TO THE DYEING MACHINE

ROP-25 series dyeing machine is a new development of the new generation of high temperature dyeing machine, integrates servile research results, can reach the lowest line operating machine water ratio 1:4, reduce energy consumption, shorten dyeing time, ensure the high quality of dyeing fabric. The on all sides cloth arranging is used for the optimized cloth storage device, which ensure the dyeing and light quality cloth to heavy cloth smooth operation. The cooling water makes the cooling and cleaning procedures simultaneously and reducing the dyeing time, and discharge value and water consumption.

染色機(jī)特點

■ 超大容量,以往的珍寶缸每管容量一般在200?250kg ,新一代ROP-25染色機(jī)，每管容量達(dá)到250?320kg。

■ 超低的浴比，1:4.5?5的浴比已接近氣流霧化染色機(jī),但適應(yīng)品種比氣流霧化染色機(jī)更廣，操作更簡便。

■ 優(yōu)質(zhì)的染色效果，布速有效提高至420分米，噴咀采用設(shè)計，有效減少折痕，縮短工藝時間。

■ 出布方便，染色機(jī)另開出布人孔，操作更簡單。

■ 帶快速排水功能，排水比以往更快,更效率。

■ 適應(yīng)品種更廣，適用于全棉、全滌、TC、TR、棉、滌混合織物、汗布等大部分針織布種，也適用于梭織布種。

■ 自動除毛絮裝置。

FEATURES OF THE DYEING MACHINE

■ Ultra-large capacity, the capacity of per tube of the Zhenbao cylinder before was commonly in 200~250kg. The new generation ROP-25 dyeing machine, the capacity of per tube now reaches to 250~320kg.

■ Ultra-low bath ratio 1:4.5~5, which is close to air atomization dyeing machine, but the adapted variety is widely than steam flow atomizing dyeing machine, with simple operation.

■ Excellent dyeing effect: The largest cloth speed is effectively increased to 420 decimeter and the unique design is used for the nozzle, effectively reduces the crease, shorten the process time.

■ Convenient for the cloth coming and the main hole of the cloth coming out is separated in the dyeing machine with simple operation.

■ With the function of quick drainage, the drainage is faster than ever before, more efficiency.

■ With widely adapted variety, it is applicable to whole cotton, polyester, TC, TR , cotton, polyester blended fabrics, under-shirt cloth and most of the knitted fabric, also applicable to the woven fabric.

■ Automatic batting removal device.
