采用伺服電機(jī)間斷式皮帶進(jìn)行底部抽紙輸送，去除創(chuàng)痛離合控制方式。以此實(shí)現(xiàn)不停機(jī)連續(xù)加紙，用戶可根據(jù)紙張大小在人機(jī)界面調(diào)整間斷輸送長(zhǎng)短與距離

紙張定位部分采用鏈條方式，精度高，耐用，能根據(jù)紙張的尺寸形狀調(diào)整定位位置，靈活性，運(yùn)用更廣泛。

采用雙條高硬度管輥傳動(dòng)膠水，鋼管輥支架采用偏心裝置，可快速調(diào)節(jié)膠水厚薄，寬窄可調(diào)不浪費(fèi)膠水，用戶可采柔性模版印膠，安裝模版印膠準(zhǔn)確、方便、快捷，印膠左右位置可隨意調(diào)整，前后位置調(diào)整采用相位調(diào)整器調(diào)整，可不停機(jī)調(diào)整印膠的前后左右位置。滾筒采用自動(dòng)脫開裝置如空紙張時(shí)不會(huì)將膠水印到皮帶上。膠水采用上置倒立瓶裝置自動(dòng)流出，清潔保養(yǎng)更加方便。
