AGV小車是指裝備有電磁或者激光等自動(dòng)引導(dǎo)的裝置,能夠沿著設(shè)定好的引導(dǎo)路線運(yùn)行,再給出指令后能夠不需要人工操作下能完成運(yùn)輸各類工件的運(yùn)輸車,AGV車與其他無(wú)軌車的區(qū)別就是高度的自動(dòng)化,運(yùn)行精度高,安全性能高,大大節(jié)省了人力。
AGV小車驅(qū)動(dòng)部分多采用舵輪,包含驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)行走電機(jī),控制系統(tǒng)含有PLC可以對(duì)小車采用程序控制,同時(shí)可以接受與發(fā)出信號(hào),通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行信號(hào)傳輸,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)有其它自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的對(duì)接與配合。
