Strumento in custodia a norme DIN (72x144x170 mm, foratura 67x138mm) per montaggio fronte quadro. Display LCD alfanumerico retroilluminato, 2 righe da 16 caratteri (altezza 5 mm). Grado protezione del frontale IP 54. Fusibile di protezione accessibile dall’esterno. Lo strumento WN oltre ad integrare le variabili di peso e velocità generando quindi la portata oraria istantanea ed il peso totalizzato, esegue anche la funzione di autoregolatore di portata.

OPZIONI A RICHIESTA: protocollo PROFIBUS (necessita di modulo aggiuntivo); modulo separato per l’aggiunta di un’uscita ed un ingresso analogico; modulo di interfaccia ETHERNET; stampante 24 colonne.

Caratteristiche principali

Mantenimento della portata di Set point mediante regolazione PI dell’uscita analogica, con uscita di allarme portata fuori tolleranza.

Trasmissione continua della portata istantanea rilevata mediante uscita analogica proporzionale alla stessa.

Possibilità di impostare, per i dosaggi batch, i valori di preset, set e volo con uscite impulsive al raggiungimento dei valori.

Calcolo della totalizzazione del peso del materiale dosato con trasmissione dello stesso mediante uscita impulsiva e possibilita di pilotare in RS232 una stampante.

Programmazione fi no a 15 diversi set point di lavoro, settabili mediante

ingressi BCD.

Congelamento da ingresso logico del valore dell’uscita analogica, al fi ne di riproporlo alla ripartenza evitando il pendolamento iniziale del sistema (eseguibile per tutti i 15 set point).

Possibilità di visualizzare durante il funzionamento lo stato degli I/O, il peso corrente, la velocità istantanea, gli impulsi encoder e il fattore di correzione impostato.

Procedure di taratura di zero con nastro in movimento e di taratura con materiale con conseguente creazione del fattore di correzione.

Possibilità di collegamento con PC/PLC mediante protocollo di comunicazione ASCII, ModBus-RTU e Profi bus (opzionale).

The WN not only integrates weight and speed variables but also generates the instantaneous fl ow rate per hour, total weight and the function of automatic fl ow rate regulator function.

ON REQUEST: PROFIBUS protocol (it needs additional module); separate module for an additional analogue input and output; ETHERNET interface module; 24 column printer.

Maintaining the set point fl ow by adjusting IP analog output, with an alarm output of fl ow out of tolerance.

Continuous transmission of the instantaneous fl ow rate, detected by analog output proportional to it.

Ability to set, for batching, the values of preset, set and fall with pulse outputs to the achievement of values.

Calculation of total weight of the batched material and transmission through pulse output; ability to drive a printer via RS232.

Programming of up to 15 different set points, settable by BCD inputs.

Ability to freeze the analog output value, by means of logic input, in order to avoid the initial pendulation of system (for all 15 set point).

Ability to display, during operation, I/O status, the current weight, current speed, encoder pulses and the correction factor set.

Procedures for the zero setting on working loaded belt and automatic adjustment factor correction.

Possibility to connect to PC / PLC by means comunication protocols: ASCII, Modbus-RTU and Profi bus (optional).
