A． 電控系統(tǒng) 

采用日道PLC電子控制系統(tǒng)及變頻器，一體化控制，功能完善，適應(yīng)性強、功耗低。采用集成電路無觸點控制，可根據(jù)自身工藝要求隨意更改系統(tǒng)控制程序。

Fully Automatic Electric-control System

adopt Nippon PLC Electric-control system and inverter, It features in incorporate control, perfect funciton, stong adaptabillty, and low power consumption. It adopts non-contactcontrol by in tegrated circuirt, which can freely alter the systematic controlling program me according to the requirements of its techics.

B．飛達座

采用印刷機的飛達頭設(shè)計，加強型的送紙裝置，吸紙準(zhǔn)確，送紙平滑順暢，配備連續(xù)疊紙系統(tǒng)，*高效運轉(zhuǎn)要求。

Feeder base

It adopts HMA printer with feeder head design, stengthen type feeding device, which ensures a accurate paper adsorbing and a smooth paper feeding. It is equipped with constant paper-piling system, which ca fully satisfy the requirement of high efficient operation.

C．底紙送紙部

采用吸風(fēng)皮帶送紙及伺服馬達驅(qū)動，分別對應(yīng)A/B/E浪三層，五層瓦楞底紙及卡、板底紙，輸送準(zhǔn)確順暢。

Substrate Paper Feeding Section

Adopt air-absorbing belt to feed the paper driven by motor, which corresponds to A/B/Eflute three-layer, five-aayer corrugated paper and cardboard and substrate board paper and ensure an accurate andsmooth feeding.

D．微調(diào)調(diào)整器

日產(chǎn)原裝微動相位調(diào)整器，配合正時對位系統(tǒng)，可于機械高速工作時調(diào)整貼合誤差而無需停機。

Micro-tuning Regulator

Original Nippon micro-tuningphase regulator is combined sith timing para system; It can adjust the sticking error in the Non-stop state when the machine works in high speed. 

E．傳動系統(tǒng)

以進口時規(guī)皮帶替代傳統(tǒng)齒輪鏈條，*解決因金屬鏈條磨損而造成面底紙貼合不準(zhǔn)之問題。

Transmission system

Replace the traditional gear chain with imported timing belt, which can perfectly solve the problems ofinaccurate sticking problem aroused from metal chain abrasion.

F．齊紙正時部

采用同步后推進式檔規(guī)，面底檔規(guī)同步推動面紙及底紙進入貼合部，并可不停機微調(diào)面底紙之貼合精度。

Paper Triming andTiming Section

Adopt the synchronous pushing mode rollers, substrate & litho rollerswill push synchro-nously the litho paper and substrate paper into the sticking section, and adjust the gluing precision between litho andsubstrate paper by micro tuning in the non-stop state.

G．膠水涂布系統(tǒng)

全自動膠水補充裝置，配合膠水流失回收循環(huán)，避免膠水浪費。依產(chǎn)品要求，可調(diào)整膠水厚度控制輪，配合特殊花紋膠輥，有效解決涂布甩糊問題并節(jié)省膠水消耗。

Glue coating system

Automatic glue-adding device is combined with a run-off glue recycling system, which can avoid waste of glue. According to the requirement, the controlling wheel can be adjusted for control of glue thikness and can be equipped with special embossing glue roller, which efficentlysove the problems of swing and pasting during coatingand save the consumption of  glue.

l          調(diào)換不同規(guī)格產(chǎn)品只需時約6-10分鐘，更適合短單產(chǎn)品；

l          可在高速工作時調(diào)整貼合誤差而無需停機；

l          面紙配置雙重上面紙結(jié)構(gòu)，堆紙高度達1.8米，預(yù)疊式送紙更節(jié)約時間；

l          底紙吸風(fēng)裝置采用中心向外擴張，更適應(yīng)不同規(guī)格底紙，令送紙更加順暢；

l          給紙采用電磁制動系統(tǒng)，異常剎車停止時，無慣性轉(zhuǎn)動，不浪費紙張；

l          面紙及底紙采用同步光電控制技術(shù)，避免底紙或面紙不到位的問題；

l          所有電控，時規(guī)皮帶、電機均采用日本、美國、中國臺灣元口器件。
