X7R(X):二類電介質:電氣性能較穩(wěn)定,在溫度,電壓與時間改變時性能的變化并不顯著,適用于隔直、偶合旁路與對容量穩(wěn)定性要求不太高的鑒頻電路。由于X7R是一種強電介質,因而能造出容量比NPO介質更大的電容器。
YSV(2F4):二類電介質,具有較高的介電常數(shù),常用于生產比容較大的,標稱容量較高的大容量電容器產品,但其容量穩(wěn)定性較X7R差,容量、損耗對溫度、電壓等測試條件較敏感。
★電容量與偏差
電容量與偏差的選擇取決于電路本身的需要。注意,在相同尺寸和容量規(guī)格下,偏差較大的電容器的價格相對便宜。
★電壓
工作電壓的選擇也應取決于電路和要求,電容器的耐壓參數(shù)在設計時已有一定的安全系數(shù)。
★ 片狀電容器的端頭電極
產品端頭材料的選擇主要要求電容器焊接方式,客戶就根據(jù)能否滿足自己的焊接要求來選擇純銀端頭,還是三層電頭(Ag/Ni/Sn)片狀產品。
★包裝
電容器的包裝方式分為散裝式袋包裝及編帶包裝兩種形式??蛻魬鶕?jù)自己的實際需要來選取。

可根據(jù)顧客的特殊要求對電容器產品進行客戶附加的特殊性能指標項目的測試。
