無(wú)源液壓皮帶自動(dòng)糾偏機(jī)的工作過(guò)程
皮帶向一側(cè)跑偏后,皮帶會(huì)搭觸在糾偏機(jī)檢驅(qū)輪上,帶動(dòng)檢驅(qū)輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),與檢驅(qū)輪連接的油泵開始旋轉(zhuǎn)工作,系統(tǒng)由此獲得動(dòng)力。液壓油通過(guò)液控閥、油缸推動(dòng)調(diào)心托輥轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),皮帶跑偏得以糾正。無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機(jī)是一個(gè)完整閉式系統(tǒng),整個(gè)工作過(guò)程自動(dòng)化。皮帶不跑偏的情況下,本產(chǎn)品不工作。無(wú)論糾偏機(jī)是否正常工作,對(duì)皮帶機(jī)運(yùn)行都無(wú)損害。
A 型產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用范圍:DTII、TD75型固定皮帶機(jī)。
A 型產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):液壓系統(tǒng)是見的無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)布置方式,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、實(shí)用的特點(diǎn)。它有一個(gè)集中供油的油箱,油缸回油至油箱,皮帶兩邊的油泵分別從油箱中吸油。
A 型產(chǎn)品的不足:由于無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機(jī)的檢驅(qū)輪的轉(zhuǎn)速都不高,加上所用的齒輪泵自吸能力不強(qiáng),在冬季低溫環(huán)境下液壓油粘度大幅增加后,遠(yuǎn)離油箱的一端的油泵自吸困難,系統(tǒng)進(jìn)空氣造成故障。這是現(xiàn)在液壓糾偏裝置普遍的技術(shù)短板。
A 型產(chǎn)品改進(jìn):我公司在以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,調(diào)整了液壓管路走向,在一定程度上緩解了傳統(tǒng)無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機(jī)固有的吸油難問(wèn)題。加上采用我公司的防塵防漿抗老化密封裝置,A系列產(chǎn)品性能已經(jīng)有很大的提高。但真正的的改變,則應(yīng)該應(yīng)用我公司雙液壓回路技術(shù)。

The pump at one end away from the central tank is difficult to self-priming, and the systemundefineds air intake causes trouble. This is now the hydraulic deviation correction device common technical deficiency. Model A product improvement: on the basis of previous experience, our company adjusted the direction of hydraulic pipeline, to a certain extent, alleviated the problem of oil absorption inherent in traditional passive hydraulic automatic deviation rectifying machine.
