    本公司全自動區(qū)域熔煉爐自主研發(fā)（有），主要用于特殊材料熔融提純，采用感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備加熱熔融，使一小段固體熔融成液態(tài)，熔融區(qū)慢慢從放置材料的一端向另一端移動，每小時幾厘米至十幾厘米。目前，已經(jīng)用于制備鋁、鎵、銻、銅、鐵、銀等高純金屬材料熔融。

     The company's automatic zone smelting furnace is used for metal melting and purification. It uses induction heating equipment to heat and melt, so that a small section of solid is melted into a liquid state, and the melting area slowly moves from one end of the material to the other end, moves a few centimeters to a dozen centimeters per hour. At present, it has been used to prepare high purity metal materials such as aluminum, Gallium,Antimony,Copper,Iron,ａnd Silver for melting.

特 點 Special points:：

1.感應(yīng)加熱電源可選中頻、高頻或超高頻，根據(jù)要求選擇合適設(shè)備型號。

2.精準(zhǔn)控制設(shè)備加熱線圈輸出電流，保證加熱均勻性、穩(wěn)定性。

3.采用進口電機和品牌軌道，每小時幾厘米到十幾厘米，速度可調(diào)，移動速度更均勻，穩(wěn)定性更高。

4.采用西門子或三菱PLC, 實現(xiàn)整機全自動控制。

5.設(shè)備體積小，節(jié)能，環(huán)保。
