PBD0090A自動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液冰點(diǎn)檢測(cè)儀是根據(jù)國(guó)家石油化工行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SH/T0090-91《發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液冰點(diǎn)測(cè)定法》試驗(yàn)方法設(shè)計(jì)、制造的。本儀器適用于測(cè)定發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的冰點(diǎn)。本儀器適用于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液及其濃縮液。

結(jié)構(gòu)與原理：
發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液自動(dòng)檢測(cè)儀由四部分構(gòu)成，包括浴槽制冷系統(tǒng)、浴槽加熱系統(tǒng)、電機(jī)攪拌系統(tǒng)、彩色觸摸屏人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)。儀器浴槽采用酒精作為制冷液，采用壓縮機(jī)雙機(jī)制冷技術(shù)，浴槽溫度可以達(dá)到-80℃，能夠覆蓋所有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液的冰點(diǎn)。
儀器自帶7寸彩色觸摸屏，屏幕可以實(shí)時(shí)顯示試樣的溫度曲線，試樣和浴槽中的溫度，用戶可以實(shí)時(shí)設(shè)置預(yù)期冰點(diǎn)，修改儀器時(shí)間，自檢系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)部分等，可以對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)，采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，用戶可以查看歷史數(shù)據(jù)。
