一、描述：description:

自動(dòng)化測量控制模塊，PC軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)圖譜及報(bào)表分析，少量樣品，可設(shè)定之變化應(yīng)力.
采用單軸測試法：通過給粉末一個(gè)固定或多個(gè)固結(jié)應(yīng)力，與其破壞這個(gè)固結(jié)應(yīng)力所需要的無側(cè)限屈服強(qiáng)度應(yīng)力（也叫開放屈服強(qiáng)度）來評(píng)價(jià)和評(píng)估粉體流動(dòng)函數(shù)、體積密度、流動(dòng)因子，時(shí)間固結(jié)函數(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)來分析粉末的流動(dòng)表征.通過測量我們可以分析料斗、倉儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸、傳輸過程中、壓片工藝、混料、粉體的結(jié)塊、搭橋及不流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量管控，對(duì)供應(yīng)商的選擇及合理調(diào)整配方及成本.
