雙室油淬加壓氣冷真空爐的具有油淬和氣淬燒結(jié)，退火等功能，通用性好。雙室油淬加壓氣冷真空爐具有高效,節(jié)能,溫度控制精準(zhǔn),溫度均勻性好。

冷室與熱室之間設(shè)有氣動真空復(fù)合閘閥，具有良好的隔熱、隔氣效果。。油淬采用油攪拌裝置使淬火油活動方向更公道，確保工件變型量小。氣冷采用噴射式冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)，使高壓氣流方向更公道，快速，平均。冷室采用氣動鎖圈密封結(jié)構(gòu)，帶有機(jī)電互鎖裝置，安全可靠。
