設(shè)備性能及特點
● 負壓式前緣送紙機構(gòu)，超越送紙機構(gòu)對紙箱的抗壓沒有損失。
● 碰線機構(gòu)采用伺服電機獨立驅(qū)動，使機器整體運轉(zhuǎn)更協(xié)調(diào)穩(wěn)定。
● 紙板傳送機構(gòu)采用負壓式全程吸附機構(gòu)，對紙板的曲翹要求低，使紙板的傳送更平穩(wěn)。
● 風機及送紙電機采用變頻控制，省電30%。吸風風量大小可任意調(diào)節(jié)。
● 擋規(guī)采用伺服電機上移控制且整體擋板，并有微調(diào)機構(gòu)，使碰線更精準。
● 整機電器機構(gòu)采用西門子PLC（電腦）編程控制，觸摸屏顯示設(shè)定排單尺寸，電動調(diào)整精度誤差±0.5MM。
● 操作界面采用前后觸摸屏，使操作更方便快捷。
● 整機采用四個伺服電機經(jīng)電腦協(xié)調(diào)控制，使機器更穩(wěn)定可靠，省卻部分機械傳動，使機器無
機械能磨損，大大增加了機器的使用壽命。
● With the suction type leading edge feeding mechanism, there is no loss in the compression resistance of the carton beyond the feeding mechanism.
● The servo motor is used to drive the collision mechanism independently, so that the overall operation of the machine is more coordinated and stable.
● The whole process suction mechanism with negative pressure is adopted in the paperboard transfer mechanism.
● Variable frequency control is adopted for fan and
paper feeding motor, saving 30% of power. The
suction air volume can be adjusted arbitrarily.

by Siemens PLC (computer)
programming. The touch screen
display is arranged in single
size.
● The front and rear touch screen is used in the running interface to make the
operation more convenient and fast.
● The machine adopts four servo motors controlled by computer to make the machine
more stable and reliable
● The wear of mechanical energy greatly increases the service life of the machine.
