1,設(shè)備概述
感應(yīng)熔煉爐是一種高效的冶煉設(shè)備,通過電磁感應(yīng)加熱熔化廢鋼。能量轉(zhuǎn)換過程是電磁加熱,特別是整流變壓器輸出的工頻電源轉(zhuǎn)換成與AC-DC-AC負載所需頻率相匹配的單相交流電源。模式,并在爐中的廢鋼中產(chǎn)生。高強度磁場,爐內(nèi)廢鋼在磁場作用下產(chǎn)生強電場,形成內(nèi)部渦流,從而形成熔化自身的熱源。這種在電荷內(nèi)部自身產(chǎn)生熱能的加熱方法是一種有效的熔化方式。

1輸入電壓高,輸出電壓高。對于本程序30t感應(yīng)熔煉爐的額定溫度容量,我公司按照1750V進線電壓規(guī)范設(shè)計,傳感器負載輸出電壓標(biāo)稱值為6300V。
2熔化速度快。達到額定溫度設(shè)計噸位攻絲量,連續(xù)熱爐熔煉時間控制在75分鐘左右。
3噸鋼具有低能耗。比其他廠家設(shè)備低5%,優(yōu)于GB / 30839.31-2014“工業(yè)電加熱設(shè)備能耗:中頻無心感應(yīng)熔煉爐”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4數(shù)字化,集成化和高度自動化。該公司的電源系統(tǒng)控制板是一種數(shù)字芯片型控制板。功放板是集成功率放大,漏洞檢測和輸出的集成控制板。冶煉管理系統(tǒng)以S7-300PLC +高配備主機為硬件,SEP7 + WINCC為軟件,實現(xiàn)對整個設(shè)備的監(jiān)控和管理。

heInduction melting produced by our company has the following characteristics:
1 he input voltage is high and the output voltage is high. For the rated capacity of this program 30tInduction melting , our company is designed according to the 1750V incoming line voltage specification, and the sensor load output voltage is nominally 6300V.
2 High melting rate. he rated design tonnage tapping amount is reached, and the continuous hot smelting time is controlled at about 75 minutes.
3 tons of steel has low energy consumption. It is 5% lower than other manufacturers' equipment, which is better than the t-class standard in GB/30839.31-2014 "Industrial electric heating device energy consumption: medium frequency centerlessInduction melting ".
