JGR-QX全自動履帶式超聲波清洗線適用于去除零部件內(nèi)外面附著的油污、灰塵等雜質(zhì)。該設(shè)備有1個噴淋清洗室、1個超聲波清洗室、1個噴淋漂洗防銹室、1個壓縮空氣切水室、1個熱風烘干室，共5個工位。其工作原理是人工將欲清洗工件放置不銹鋼履帶上，然后按照一定的工藝程序清洗、烘干后卸料。設(shè)備外形美觀，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，使用壽命長，是理想的金屬件清洗設(shè)備。

JGR-QX full-automatic crawler ultrasonic cleaning line is suitable for removing oil stains, dust and other impurities attached inside and outside parts. The equipment has a spray cleaning chamber, an ultrasonic cleaning chamber, a spray rinsing antirust chamber, a compressed air water cutting chamber and a hot air drying chamber, with a total of 5 stations. The working principle is to manually place the workpiece to be cleaned on the stainless steel crawler, then clean and dry the workpiece according to a certain technological procedure, and then discharge the workpiece. The equipment has beautiful appearance, reasonable structure and long service life. It is an ideal cleaning equipment for metal parts.
