該設備為在線檢測設備，適用于鋼鐵行業(yè)的圓鋼、鋼管管端等探傷，設備Z大的特點是能滿足鋼鐵行業(yè)的在線探傷，設備必須與相關的輔機配合，根據工件表面的情況，需要對工件進行清洗、吹干等，成套設備有儲料臺架、步進機構、輸送輥道、清洗系統(tǒng)、噴淋系統(tǒng)、磁化系統(tǒng)、觀察機構、退磁機構、吹干裝置、輸出輥道、下料機構、修磨系統(tǒng)等組成，設備采用的電子技術，采用模塊化國際電路，周向采用大型磁軛，縱向采用線圈，設備可分別周向磁化、縱向磁化和復合磁化，能自動完成工件步進、輥道輸送、清洗、吹干、噴淋、磁化、熒光觀察、退磁、下料、修磨等，工件兩頭無盲區(qū)，整機外型美觀、大方，可適用鋼廠所有鋼管管端探傷等。

The equipment adopts advanced electronic technologies at home and abroad, adopts modular international circuits, adopts large yokes in the circumferential direction and coils in the longitudinal direction, and can be magnetized in the circumferential direction, the longitudinal direction and the composite magnetization respectively. It can automatically complete workpiece stepping, roller conveying, cleaning, blow drying, spraying, magnetization, fluorescence observation, demagnetization, blanking, grinding, etc. There is no blind area at both ends of the workpiece. The whole machine is beautiful and elegant in appearance and can be used for flaw detection of all steel pipe ends in steel mills.
