CYD-3000/5000移動式磁粉探傷機，能對被探傷制件進行交流或直流磁化和自動退磁，能作連續(xù)法和剩磁法探傷；大尺寸制件分段局部磁化。采用邏輯電路和電子時間控制電路，帶斷電相位控制器，剩磁穩(wěn)定，自動退磁能從所用磁化電流逐漸衰減到零，使剩磁消失，操作方便、效果好。調(diào)整可控硅導(dǎo)通角的大小來調(diào)整磁化、退磁電流的大小　適用于石油化工、冶金、船舶、電力、鐵路、汽車、機械修理等行業(yè)的各類壓力容器、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件、鑄造件、鍛造件、焊接件、熱處理件、各種零部件探傷。

CYD-3000/5000 magnetic particle flaw detector can perform AC or DC magnetization and automatic demagnetization on the parts to be flaw detected, and can perform flaw detection by continuous method and remanence method. Using logic circuit and electronic time control circuit, with power-off phase controller, remanence is stable, automatic demagnetization energy gradually attenuates from the used magnetization current to zero, making remanence disappear, easy to operate and good in effect. Adjusting the conduction angle of silicon controlled rectifier to adjust the magnetization and demagnetization current is suitable for flaw detection of various pressure vessels, metal structure parts, casting parts, forging parts, welding parts, heat treatment parts and various parts in petrochemical industry, metallurgy, ship, electric power, railway, auto, mechanical repair and other industries.

● 采用交流或交直流磁化電源，儀器配滾輪移動，可現(xiàn)場使用或安放在固定位置使用；
