產(chǎn)品用途Purpose:

通過從不一同的高度的不同的重錘和不同的受力面積測(cè)試電池的安全性能，按規(guī)定進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，電池應(yīng)不起火，不爆炸。

Through different height,different weight of impact hammer,ａnd different force bearing area, test on battery, the safety property is testified only if there is no fire or explosion in test.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)Product Feature

◆雙軌形式，解決了因突然斷電沖擊錘自由落下，無論沖擊錘在哪個(gè)位置，斷電不落下，起到安全保護(hù)作用;

沖擊錘樣式的改變，安裝及卸下均比較方便，精度比較高，解決了二次沖擊所帶來的試驗(yàn)誤差;

◆電線外套均套有金屬防火管，有效阻止電池試驗(yàn)過程著火而燃燒的現(xiàn)象;

裝照明燈管，在外面可清楚看清工作室內(nèi)情況;

高度為數(shù)顯方式，25~1000mm可隨意調(diào)節(jié);

裝測(cè)試孔及補(bǔ)風(fēng)口，補(bǔ)風(fēng)口+排氣扇會(huì)更有效將試驗(yàn)廢氣及氣壓迅速排除;測(cè)試孔提供試驗(yàn)者如想探測(cè)試驗(yàn)空間里的溫度或氣壓而設(shè)計(jì);

控制部分與試驗(yàn)箱采用分離形式，可在1~2米處操作，大大減少噪音，而且起到一定的安全措施，因做沖擊試驗(yàn)時(shí)，瞬間所產(chǎn)生的聲音很大且速度很快，以往的控制方式會(huì)讓試驗(yàn)者覺得刺耳，且容易受到驚嚇，長期試驗(yàn)對(duì)耳朵造成一定的影響。
